MACHINE DESCRIPTION

Fully automatic stick pack form fill and seal machine is an intermittent motion machine designed for the efficient packing of the product in center seal with lap or Fin Seal sachets up to 15 gms.

The machine is controlled by PLC (programmable logic control) with MMI (Man Machine Interface), which makes this machine an operator friendly system.

This machine can only be synchronized with the volumetric cup filling system. This machine is suitable for only Heat Seal able film as a packing material such as Paper/poly or both side seal able laminates.

This machine is a versatile machine and change over of the parts can easily be done for one pouch size to another. All product contact parts are made up of food grade stainless steel SS-304/SS-316.

This machine has an automatic pouch repeat change system and can be adjusted from 55mm to 110mm.
