Fully Automatic Collar Type Form Fill and Seal Machine Model: UFLEX FFS CCT 3 SD is an continuous motion machine designed for the efficient packing of the various products like Tea, Sugar, Spices, Rice, Snacks Foods, Wafers, Detergent, Henna Powder, Salt, Wrapper Candies, Cheese Biscuits etc. in center seal pouches.
The machine is controlled by PLC (programmable logic control) and has a MMI (man machine interface) with a digital display and keyboard, which makes this machine operator friendly.
Servo Drives for both laminate pulling through die roller and sealing jaws, give the machine unsurpassed accuracy and speed of up to 160 pouches / min. (depending upon the product characteristics and filling attachment.)
The unwinding system is a motorized one, which keeps on feeding the laminate to the pouch forming tube without much pulling tension to enable the machine to form wrinkle free pouch formation.
This machine can be synchronized with various types of dozing systems like Volumetric cup Filling, Auger Filling and Weigh Filling System. This machine is suitable for a wide range of heat sealable film as a packing material such as PET/POLY, PET/MET/POLY; laminates with aluminum foil and heat sealable BOPP etc.
It is a versatile machine and the pouch width can be changed very easily by replacing the forming tube and Collar. This machine has an automatic pouch length change system thru PLC and can be adjusted from 85mm to 350mm. Changing of the pouch length does not require any change parts. All product contact parts are made up of food grade stainless steel SS-304/SS-316.
The machine needs 3 phase 440 Volts AC Power supply at 50 Hertz with a maximum power consumption of 14 KW.
